Every single session starts with 30-40min of specific work to improve your running, followed by a full on endurance-based workout. No barbells, just you and your friends enjoying the benefits of a heart pounding, sweat soaking, calorie burning, weekend worthy workout!!!
About the Coach:
Kelley is a 3-Time Ironman Finisher with her Crossfit Level 2, Crossfit Gymnastics, and Crossfit Endurance Certifications.
A weekend endurance seminar would cost you up to $1,000. Learn the same principles in a smaller class setting; a 6-week package is only $90, or drop in for $20.
